Smoothies 101

  Smoothie bowls/Smoothies/Nice Cream (they are all essentially the same thing, only with different consistencies)! The basis of all the smoothies that I make are blending fruit, vegetable (usually spinach) and liquid  (nut milk, water, coconut water).
